Privacy policy.
How we collect, use and protect your data. Short version: minimal collection, no third-party tracking, no list-rental, easy unsubscribe.
Nurture is operated by FAISCA LABS UNIPESSOAL LDA, a private limited company registered in Portugal. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how to remove it. If you have a question we don’t answer here, write to devos@nurture.work.
What we collect on this website
- Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter. Stored at Beehiiv (our email provider) and used solely to deliver the newsletter.
- Server access logs — IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL. Retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and basic operational metrics. Provided by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc.
- No third-party trackers, no advertising cookies, no fingerprinting. We do not use Google Analytics or equivalent.
What we collect through the Nurture product
If your employer uses Nurture, a separate Data Processing Agreement governs that relationship. In summary: daily check-in responses are private by default, only aggregated team-level signals are visible to managers, and individual responses are accessible only to the employee, their treating clinician (if any), and Nurture support staff acting on an explicit request from the user. We never sell or share individual data.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export and delete personal data we hold about you. Email devos@nurture.work and we will respond within 30 days.
Sub-processors
- Vercel Inc. — hosting (United States; EU data residency available on Pro plans).

We update this list when sub-processors change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
