The rules of engagement for this website. The product itself, when you join the pilot, is governed by a separate signed agreement.
These terms apply to your use of nurture.work. Nurture is owned and operated by FAISCA LABS UNIPESSOAL LDA, a private limited company registered in Portugal. Pilot customers receive a separate Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement — those documents, not this page, govern the commercial relationship.
Using this site
You may browse, read, copy and share the content on this website for personal and internal-organisational use, including quoting from articles with attribution and a link back. Republication of full articles requires written permission.
Newsletter and forms
If you submit your email or other information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use the information solely for the purpose stated in the form (newsletter subscription, pilot enquiry, etc.) and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from any communication at any time via the link in every email, or by emailing devos@nurture.work.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Lisbon, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
